Food safety and security of function attendees should be of paramount importance. Food handlers should pass or submit the necessary hygiene certificate, hygiene rating of the produce, Gas or electricity safety measures to be adopted for submission of their entrée. A risk assessment of the potential hazards should be listed, and risk mitigation measures adopted for health and safety of the people involved in the event should be prepared.
Getting licenses for selling or serving alcohol should be obtained permission with a formal agreement outlining the restrictions and conditions of the event.
Having a report on the event to include possible problems that may arise, how to deal with the problems, and how to best prevent these problems from arising in the future will be handy and could mark the success of the event, in case of any unforeseen incidents.
